The Technical Services Department has an opening for the position of Field Service Engineer. The responsibilities of this
position include the following:
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Install, service, and provide ongoing support to ensure the optimal installation and operation of solvent UV ink jet
presses utilizing FUJIFILM Sericol Colorplus products to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of
satisfaction possible.

Inspect and certify digital equipment that will be converted to FUJIFILM Sericol solvent or UV inks on a pre-site
survey basis. The candidate will manage the wet ink swap out process to ensure the press is optimized for Sericol
inks & ready for print profiling and ultimate hand over to the customer.

Provide on-site and telephone engineering support to customers who have converted to Sericol product to ensure
that the press and ink combination continues to operate and function to the highest level.

Inspect and identify press malfunctions and issues that are of an engineering nature and implement effective
solutions that minimize the customer’s machine downtime.
- Work closely with the aftermarket technical support, sales, and marketing teams to provide effective methods of
leveraging FUJIFILM Sericol’s ink technology through Wide and Grand format UV & solvent digital presses.
The ideal candidate will have 1.5 years experience in field service support. Problem solving of
complex electromechanical machines is preferred. An associate’s degree is preferred, but not essential. A High School
Diploma is required. The candidate should be a self starter who is comfortable with extensive travel, which may be 3-4 days
per week. The candidate should have a high level of problem solving ability through logical applications and thought
processes. The ability to communicate effectively both written and orally, from production operator to President level is
